I have been using Jotform for years now, and I honestly can't believe we ever went without it! Managing a dance studio means we need to collect enrollment and liability forms from parents annually.

Before switching to Jotform, parents had to complete physical paper forms. Someone on our staff then had to manually file them away to ensure they were organized in case we needed to reference them later. Now that our forms are digital, there is no more printing, hole punching, or manual filing.

The best part is the seamless integration. Because I can automatically sync submissions directly to Google Drive, I can quickly see who has turned in their paperwork. I can easily compare this against our active enrollment data to see exactly which parents we need to follow up with. I have even been able to use Google Apps Scripts to create automatic email notifications and draft text messages that I can just copy, paste, and send. It has truly transformed our studio administration!
