Ballet

Our ballet classes are built for anyone interested in ballet. Whether a beginning child, and advanced teen or a curious adult, we provide a range of class option to meet dancers where they are and provide the tools needed to grow as dancers.

During class, we focus on discipline, strength, balance, poise and vocabulary. The students also learn to memorize choreography by working on different combinations each class.

Cheer & Tumble

Cheer & Tumble

Our cheer and tumble classes offer your child a great opportunity to learn foundational techniques or sharpen existing skills in a fun, safe setting.

The dancers are motivated to work and perfect moves to meet their goals and will be moved to the next step as each move is learned.

Tap

Tap

Tap is a rhythmical tapping sound that is attained by the dancer from the small metal plates on the dancer’s shoes. It is in this way that the dancer also becomes a percussive musician.

Clog

Clog

Clogging is a type of folk dance in which the dancer’s footwear is used percussively by striking the heel, the toe, or both against a floor or each other to create audible rhythms, usually to the downbeat with the heel keeping the rhythm.

Clogging is related to tap dancing, but has a different style. The key difference is that tap dancers tend to be lighter and tap out the melody, rather than the beat. There is also a distinctive “chicka-boom” sound that cloggers make.

Hip-Hop

Our hip-hop classes teach basic and advanced hip-hop movement. These are upbeat and high energy classes loaded with excitement.

During each class, students learn to memorize choreography by working on a combination. We also focus on stretching, muscle isolation, feeling the rhythm and moving with the beat.

Mommy & Me

Mommy & Me

Our parent/child class provides instruction for toddlers to learn basic dance movements, develop motor coordination, and practice appropriate classroom behavior.

The parent or adult participates in the class to help guide their youngster. This will help prepare your child for classes where they will learn independently from you.
